Today De-Stress Days is back! Students can participate in any de-stressing activities located in Maucker Union Ballrooms and Plaza. There are crafts, coloring, hot chocolate, and lots more this year! There will also be dogs, yoga, and painting!

The Panthers Against Hunger program allows everyone to help in the fight against food insecurity. The Dean of Students, Panther Pantry and the UNI Dining are working together to provide students in need with a hot meal.
