@DTDCIndia Such a pathetic courier service, the most corrupted courier service which is privately held. These people can’t even deliver a product where all other logistics are delivering at ease. It’s a harassment to work with such a courier service ,worst management. The entire management is a gold digger and they are selling their franchises for some or little money. These people don’t think about how customer life will be impacted. The worst part is that they themselves declare it possible in a call and threaten customers that we won’t deliver your parcel. Just do whatever you can. The complainant’s receiver of DTDC employees is like a robot; they don’t know how to talk. I I have already launched a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline ( docket number -9007334) against these fraudulent franchises. Tomorrow, I am willing to launch an FIR for my parcel getting lost. #DTDC #Indianlogisticservice #fraud
