بیانیه جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران در محکومیت قتل دکتر #مسعود_مسجودی #جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی #ایران با اندوه و نگرانی عمیق، قتل دکتر مسعود مسجودی، استاد پیشین دانشگاه و از اعضای این جبهه را که بنا بر گزارش‌های منتشر شده در #کانادا رخ داده است، به شدیدترین وجه محکوم می‌کند. بر اساس آخرین یافته‌های منتشرشده از سوی نهادهای پلیسی و قضایی کانادا، دو نفر در ارتباط با این پرونده بازداشت و به اتهام قتل درجه یک متهم شده‌اند. این تحول نشان می‌دهد که روند قضایی برای روشن شدن ابعاد این جنایت آغاز شده است و ما امیدواریم حقیقت به‌طور کامل آشکار شود و عدالت در مورد عاملان و آمران احتمالی این قتل اجرا گردد. دکتر #مسجودی از چهره‌های فعال در عرصه دفاع از قانون، شفافیت و پاسخگویی در جامعه ایرانیان خارج از کشور بود. او در سال‌های اخیر با پیگیری مجموعه‌ای از اقدامات و کارزارهای حقوقی و سیاسی تلاش می‌کرد آنچه را که نقض قانون، بی‌پاسخ‌ماندن تخلفات و سوءاستفاده از سازوکارهای عمومی می‌دانست، در چارچوب نظام حقوقی کانادا و از طریق مراجع قانونی به چالش بکشد. جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران خاطرنشان می‌کند که دکتر مسجودی در نهایت قربانی همان پدیده‌ای شد که همواره نسبت به آن هشدار می‌داد: قانون‌شکنی، خشونت سیاسی و روحیه تمامیت‌خواهی که به جای پاسخگویی در برابر قانون، به حذف و ارعاب متوسل می‌شود. بی‌تردید، منازعات و مجادلات آنلاین به‌تنهایی نمی‌تواند انگیزه‌ای کافی برای ارتکاب قتل یک انسان اندیشمند باشد. بر اساس شواهد موجود، حذف فیزیکی دکتر مسجودی را باید سومین و آخرین مرحله از فرآیندی دانست که با تخریب و فحاشی آغاز شد، با تهدید ادامه یافت و سرانجام به قتل این اندیشمند انجامید. بر این اساس، قتل دکتر مسعود مسجودی را نمی‌توان صرفاً یک اقدام جنایی منفرد تلقی کرد، بلکه نشانه‌هایی وجود دارد که آن را به یک «قتل محفلی» و از پیش طراحی‌شده در چارچوب شبکه‌هایی خطرناک مرتبط می‌سازد؛ همان شبکه‌هایی که دکتر مسجودی در دوران حیات خود بارها نسبت به فعالیت و نفوذ آن‌ها هشدار داده بود. از این منظر، مسئولیت حقوقی و قضایی این اقدام جنایی تنها به عاملان مستقیم محدود نمی‌شود، بلکه می‌تواند شامل آمران، محرکان و سایر افرادی نیز باشد که در شکل‌گیری این روند نقش داشته‌اند. جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران هشدار می‌دهد که این قتل را نباید یک رویداد جنایی جداگانه تلقی کرد؛ بلکه آن را باید بخشی از یک کارزار گسترده تخریب، تهدید و حذف دانست که هدف آن خاموش کردن هر صدای مخالف به هر شیوه ممکن است و برای رسیدن به این هدف، حتی از حذف فیزیکی منتقدان نیز ابایی ندارد. در این چارچوب، ما از دستگاه‌های قضایی و نهادهای مسئول درخواست می‌کنیم که اقدامات تأمینی و پیشگیرانه لازم را با جدیت به کار گیرند تا پیش از آنکه افراد بی‌گناه بیشتری قربانی این کارزار تهدید، تخریب و حذف شوند، از گسترش چنین روند خطرناکی جلوگیری شود. جبهه احیای قانون و #حاکمیت_ملی #ایران ضمن ابراز همدردی با خانواده، دوستان و همکاران دکتر مسجودی، از مقام‌های مسئول در کانادا می‌خواهد که این پرونده را با نهایت دقت، شفافیت و استقلال قضایی پیگیری کنند تا تمامی ابعاد این جنایت روشن شود و عدالت به‌طور کامل اجرا گردد. ما همچنین تأکید می‌کنیم که مبارزه برای حاکمیت قانون، آزادی بیان و پاسخگویی در برابر قانونبا حذف فیزیکی یا ارعاب فعالان مدنی متوقف نخواهد شد. یاد و نام دکتر مسعود مسجودی به عنوان کسی که برای دفاع از قانون و مقابله با بی‌قانونی ایستادگی کرد، در این مسیر باقی خواهد ماند. iranfront.org/farsistatements

Statement by the Iran Front For The Revival of Law & National Sovereignty Condemning the Murder of Dr. Masoud Masjoody The #Iran_Front For The Revival of Law & The Iran Front For The Revival of Law & National Sovereignty notes that Dr. Masjoody ultimately became a victim of the very phenomenon about which he consistently warned: lawlessness, political violence, and a totalitarian mindset that resorts to intimidation and elimination instead of accountability before the law. Sovereigntyexpresses its deep sorrow and grave concern over the murder of Dr. #Masoud_Masjoody, a former university instructor and a member of this Front, which according to published reports occurred in #Canada. We condemn this crime in the strongest possible terms. According to the latest findings released by Canadian police and judicial authorities, two individuals have been arrested in connection with this case and charged with first-degree murder. This development indicates that the judicial process to uncover the full dimensions of this crime has begun. We hope that the truth will be fully revealed and that justice will be served with respect to both the perpetrators and any possible instigators behind this killing. Dr. #Masjoody was an active figure in the defense of the rule of law, transparency, and accountability within the Iranian community abroad. In recent years, through a series of legal and political initiatives and campaigns, he sought to challenge what he considered violations of the law, unaddressed misconduct, and abuses of public mechanisms, pursuing these issues within the framework of the Canadian legal system and through lawful institutional channels. Accordingly, the murder of Dr. #MasoudMasjoody cannot be viewed merely as an isolated criminal act. Rather, there are indications that it may be linked to a premeditated “circle killing” carried out within dangerous networks, the very networks about which Dr. #Masjoody repeatedly warned during his lifetime. From this perspective, the legal and judicial responsibility for this criminal act cannot be limited solely to the direct perpetrators, but may also extend to instigators, organizers, and others who played a role in the development of this process. The #IranFront For The Revival of Law & National Sovereignty warns that this murder should not be treated as a separate criminal incident. Instead, it must be understood as part of a broader campaign of defamation, intimidation, and eliminationaimed at silencing dissenting voices by any possible means. Statement by the #Iran_Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty Regarding the Disappearance of Dr. #Massoud_Masjoudi The “Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty” has learned with grave alarm and deep distress of the disappearance of Dr. Massoud Masjoudi, an active and courageous member of this Front, in #Burnaby, #British_Columbia, #Canada. Dr. Masjoudi devoted many years of principled and determined effort to the restoration of the rule of law, the defense of the rights of Iranian citizens, and the exposure and confrontation of the influence and intimidation networks linked to the Islamic Republic within the host countries of Iranian communities. In this struggle, he endured serious personal sacrifices, including prolonged sit-ins and hunger strikes. Crucially, the danger now surrounding his disappearance is precisely the same danger that Dr. Masjoudi had repeatedly and publicly warned Canadian authorities, institutions, and public opinion about in recent years: the systematic threat to the lives and safety of Iranian political and human rights activists affiliated with the Iranian opposition in Canada. The involvement of the British Columbia Police Homicide Investigation Team, and the official acknowledgment that the circumstances of his disappearance are suspicious and abnormal, has justifiably heightened public concern and underscores the seriousness of this case. While the “Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty” will exercise restraint and patience until the completion of the criminal and official investigations, we emphasize in the strongest terms that the Government of Canada bears a fundamental responsibility to protect the lives, safety, and security of political and human rights activists on its soil. Canada’s commitment to democracy, the rule of law, and human rights is measured not by declarations, but by the effective protection of those who exercise these freedoms in practice. Any attack, intimidation, disappearance, or act of violence targeting Iranian political or human rights activists in Canada must be regarded not merely as an attack on individuals, but as an attack on Canada’s democratic order itself. Statement of the #Iran_Front for the Revival of Law & National Sovereignty At a time when Iran is facing a profound crisis of legitimacy, governance, and fundamental civil rights, the Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, hereby declares its firm support for the call issued by #Kurdish political parties for a nationwide general strike. This call must be understood as part of the people’s legitimate right to civil resistance, peaceful protest, and the demand for the rule of law. We call upon all political parties, political groups, civil society organisations, professional associations, workers, teachers, students, merchants, and social activists across the country, regardless of ideological or political orientation, to support this call for a general strike. The #Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty, emphasises the necessity of unity among all political and social forces and considers any factional, exclusionary, or divisive positioning at this historic moment to be contrary to the national interests of the #Iranian people. Today, priority must be given to a shared objective: ending the rule of lawlessness and restoring politics to the framework of public law. بیانیه «#جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران» در محکومیت بازداشت خشونت‌بار نرگس محمدی و جمعی از فعالان مدنی و #حقوق_بشر بر اساس گزارش‌های منتشر شده ، خانم #نرگس_محمدی، چهره‌ای شناخته‌شده در سطح جهانی، یکی از محترم‌ترین صداهای شجاعت مدنی در ایران و برنده جایزه صلح نوبل، به‌طور خشونت‌بار توسط نیروهای امنیتی حکومت حاکم مورد حمله قرار گرفته و بازداشت شده است. او و شماری از فعالان سیاسی و حقوق بشر مانند خانم #سپیده_قلیان نویسنده و فعال سیاسی شناخته شده و نیز خانواده‌های قربانیان قتل‌های اخیر حکومتی از جمله آقای #علی_آدینه‌زاده، پدر زنده یاد #ابوالفضل_آدینه‌زاده، نوجوان ۱۷ ساله‌ای که به دست نیروهای امنیتی کشته شد و نیز عمویش #رضا_آدینه‌زاده به همراه چندین فعال شناخته‌شده دیگر که در مراسم یادبود هفتمین روز درگذشت مشکوک خسرو علیکردی، وکیل زندانیان سیاسی، حضور یافته بودند بازداشت شدند. بر اساس آخرین گزارش‌ها، آقای #جواد_علیکردی، برادر #خسرو_علیکردی که به‌تازگی درگذشته است، نیز در میان بازداشت‌شدگان قرار دارد. این افراد مورد ضرب‌وشتم قرار گرفته، بازداشت شده و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده‌اند. جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران این بازداشت‌های غیرقانونی را به‌شدت محکوم می‌کند. این رویداد بار دیگر دشمنی نظاممند جمهوری اسلامی با اعتراض مسالمت‌آمیز، کنشگری حقوق بشر و ابتدایی‌ترین اصول حاکمیت قانون را آشکار می‌سازد. صدای نرگس محمدی نمایانگر حقیقتی گسترده‌تر است: آینده #ایران به کثرت‌گرایی، شمول‌گرایی و احترام به کرامت هر شهروند وابسته است. با هدف قرار دادن یکی از برجسته‌ترین مدافعان مقاومت غیرخشونت‌آمیز و #حقوق_زنان، حکومت ترس خود از مشارکت سیاسی آزاد و تنوع دیدگاه‌ها را عیان می‌کند. در این مقطع حساس از تاریخ ایران، اپوزیسیون باید از تفرقه و ‌واگرایی که به تداوم اقتدارگرایی انجامیده است، پرهیز کند. از این‌رو، جبهه احیای قانون و حاکمیت ملی ایران از تمامی گروه‌های مخالف، به‌ویژه آنان که در خارج از کشور هستند، می‌خواهد موضعی متحد و فراجناحی اتخاذ کرده و بازداشت خودسرانه این مدافعان سیاسی و حقوق بشری را محکوم کنند. این جبهه همچنین خواستار آزادی فوری و بی‌قیدوشرط خانم محمدی و دیگر بازداشت‌شدگان است و از جامعه بین‌المللی در خواست می کند تا این واقعیت را که سرکوب کنشگری مسالمت‌آمیز، نه یک مسئلهٔ داخلی بلکه نقض حقوق بشر جهانی و مانعی مستقیم بر سر راه گذار دموکراتیک ایران است را به رسمیت بشناسد. جامعه ایران تنها زمانی پیشرفت خواهد کرد که همه صداها با هم در جامعه شنیده شوند و آینده کشور نه در نتیجه اعمال زور بلکه بر اساس حاکمیت قانون شکل گیرد. ۲۱ آذرماه ۱۴۰۴ لندن iranfront.org/farsistatements

To prevent the destruction of crucial documents and evidence, the Provisional Government shall urgently enact the necessary laws and executive regulations to establish a Central Truth-Finding Command, operating under a Deputy Minister of Justice, with multiple field commissions across the nation. These Truth-Finding Commissions shall receive and register claims, cooperate with judicial authorities, and ensure the formal opening and legal registration of all cases pertaining to the pursuit of justice and redress.
