It’s easy to get too ahead of yourself. My damn Ducks last night almost blew a 20 point lead. All their momentum collapsed. Didn’t score a point for over 6 minutes. But they stuck through it and were able to come out on top. Can’t get too relaxed.

I hate disorganization. And I was being what I hate. So I created a checklist of what needed to get done. Doing each task one at a time. Not two, not three… ONE Breaking free of my terrible habit of switching back and forth. Simple, yet effective. Try it.
