The Islanders are planning to relocate their AHL affiliate in Bridgeport, CT to Hamilton, ON. They would play out of TD Coliseum beginning in 2026-27. This move still requires approval from the AHL’s board of governors. Hamilton is set to host their first AHL affiliate in over a decade, after the Hamilton Bulldogs relocated to St. John’s in 2015.
