I got into an intense binge cycle feb 2-march 8 then I started binge eating recovery March 9 and since then I lost all the weight that I gained over my month+ binge cycle (2kgs) and I’m so happy. Time for me to lose what I gained from the binge cycle before that 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️
