Yes. I see a problem when a teenager disrespects an order of a police officer. I also see that the officer was a little harsh; however it would have been avoided if the teenage boy didn't try to run away from the officer, and by not obeying orders. Parents should teach their children to obey orders from their authorities. Then, we will have less to none instances such as this.
