$85k+/month offers are scaling with visuals like this
not ugc
not creators talking
not clean product demos
just ai turning problems into characters you can feel
ingrown hairs
infections
irritation under the surface
it looks uncomfortable… but impossible to ignore
you instantly understand the problem without thinking
same format reused across multiple pain points
one concept → endless variations every week

@cesaralvarezll Brother anyone you can connect me with to help me build mine? I’ve already built a lot of it through claude but it’s currently just a web version. Any help would be appreciated.

NEVER hire another UGC creator again.
MakeUGC + Kling 2.6 replaces a $50k/year content team.
Most founders waste weeks and thousands on UGC.
I built a FREE guide showing how to:
- Generate UGC ads without filming
- Turn briefs into scroll-stopping videos
- Create unlimited hooks & angles
- Launch creatives in hours
You build ads for your own brand.
Follow me + reply “UGC”
I’ll DM you the guide.

i'm 16 and i generated $51,453 for a client from ONE TikTok video
it happened by just reverse-engineering exactly what's already going viral
here's the process i used to find winning formats in any niche:
step 1: save 50-100 viral videos
but don't just scroll and like
you gotta actually save them to a collection
requirements:
100k+ views minimum
posted in last 30 days (formats die fast)
in your niche or adjacent niches
shows product naturally (not direct ads)
spend 2-3 hours doing this
yes it's boring but who cares lmao
you're building a database of what actually works right now
step 2: analyze patterns in a spreadsheet
for each video, document:
exact hook (first 3 seconds of text/audio)
content format (slideshow, talking head, POV, screen recording)
where product appears (which slide/second)
video length
scene change frequency
audio type (trending sound, original, voiceover)
comment themes (what are people asking?)
after 50 videos you'll start seeing patterns
certain hooks appear repeatedly
certain formats dominate
certain psychological triggers work consistently
step 3: the AIDA breakdown
every viral video follows the same structure
Attention (0-3 seconds): pattern interrupt
hook must do 3 things:
stop the scroll with unexpected visual/text
qualify the audience (signal who this is for)
create open loop (promise something unresolved)
strong hook patterns we see:
"the reason you're still [pain point]..." "how I [achieved result] in [timeframe]" "this [thing] is banned in [place] because..." "[number] people tried this [thing] and..."
Interest (3-8 seconds): context bridge
give just enough background to make the payoff meaningful
NOT the full explanation
minimum viable context
example for a productivity app:
"after trying 12 different apps, I found one that actually syncs across devices without crashing"
that's enough context
you don't need the full story yet
Desire (8-25 seconds): value delivery
this is where you actually teach/entertain
product appears naturally as a tool, not the focus
if you promised "how I organize my day"
show the actual process
and the app appears in slide 3-4 as part of that process
viewers think "oh that's how they do it"
not "oh this is an ad"
you'll quickly notice this pattern in all viral + high cvr videos
Action (final 3 seconds): soft conversion
no hard CTAs like "download now"
instead:
show results: "saved me 2 hours daily"
social proof: "12k people use this now"
address objection: "works on both iPhone and Android"
step 4: hook formula extraction
from your 50 videos, extract the hooks
group them by pattern:
fear-based: "you're losing [thing] every [timeframe]"
hope-based: "scientists discovered [solution]"
curiosity-based: "this one [action] adds [result]"
social proof: "[percentage] of people don't know this"
now you have a library of proven hooks
mix and match them:
"79% of people are losing money daily because they don't know this one budgeting trick"
= social proof + fear + curiosity
step 5: format validation
before committing to any format, validate it:
has this format generated 2M+ total views in your niche in last 7 days?
do comments show conversion intent? (asking for product links, expressing interest)
can this be replicated by average creators? (not just elite talent)
is it platform-agnostic? (works on TikTok AND Instagram)
if yes to all four, it's worth testing
if no to any, keep looking
step 6: the comment conversion test
comments reveal everything
scroll through top comments on viral videos
look for:
"what app is this?" = product discovery "where do I get this?" = purchase intent
"I tried this and it works" = testimonials "seems too good to be true" = objections
videos with high views but no product discussion?
pure entertainment, not converting
videos with moderate views but heavy product discussion?
goldmine - these are the formats to replicate
step 7: reverse-engineer the winner
pick the top performing video in your niche
watch it 10 times
document:
second 0: what visual stopped you?
second 1: what text made you keep watching?
second 3: when did you know what this was about
second 5: when did the product appear?
second 8: what made you want to keep watching?second 15: what kept you from scrolling?
now recreate that exact structure with your product
not the same content
the same STRUCTURE
step 8: create the content brief
now document everything for your creators:
hook formulas that tested well
slide-by-slide breakdown with timing
where product appears (never first 3 slides)
audio guidelines (trending > original > voiceover)
call-to-action placement
this brief becomes the instruction manual
common mistakes:
researching content YOU like instead of what performs
your taste doesn't matter at all, if it's going viral then just run it up
+ only looking at massive accounts
the best formats often start with accounts under 10k followers
you should be doing this research often & never stay idle on one format
because formats die every 3 months
you NEED to research weekly
60-90 minutes every week watching content, saving examples, updating briefs
i've personally used this exact process for every client

Only 62% of Google’s page-one results show up in ChatGPT answers.
Here’s how to be in that 62% 👇
Most people celebrate page one rankings.
But AI doesn’t care. It only cites what it can read and trust.
I found a way to force ChatGPT to cite your content — even if your competitors outrank you.
1️⃣ Turn your post into Q&A format (AI loves structure)
2️⃣ Add citations + stats (AI loves sources)
3️⃣ Test it in ChatGPT and tweak until it mentions you
That’s it. You can literally see the future — test if ChatGPT will cite you before you publish.
💡 This is called Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — and it’s the new SEO.
It’s not about ranking anymore.
It’s about getting mentioned.
P.S. Want my exact 6 ChatGPT prompts to get AI to cite your site — plus 200+ free AI SEO prompts + my full video tutorial?
