@icyveins We will be removing the level requirement for World Tier 3 & 4.

The exact level requirements to move to World Tier 3 and 4 have been found, at 40 and 60. The change arrived for new characters after the patch, as your Capstone dungeon clear won't register before those levels. icy-veins.com/d4/news/diablo… #Diablo #DiabloIV

@PezRadar What makes me laugh is the amount of people saying stuff like "it's only the casual players complaining". When they, infact, are casual players themselves. Play on hardcore and then tell me these changes are good for the game. Some of the changes are good. 90% of them aren't

We have been hearing feedback from players regarding some of the changes in 1.1.0 for #DiabloIV.  We are going to have a Campfire Chat later this week on Friday to talk more about it. We will have more details/timing in the next day. Thanks again for the feedback!
