ult charge decrease is probably the best change Rivals has had thus far. It's noticeable in a really good way and I feel like my matches personally have a lot more breathing room w/ more methodical ult usage. It's also been interesting to see how it effects certain characters.

Bayonetta being one of the most critically acclaimed video game series yet the entire history is plagued with development issues, hardware issues, publisher issues and one of the biggest modern gaming controversies... kinda can't believe we even managed to get four games
