Fitness for life! In 2010, before he was drafted by the Jets, I trained @JCONNER38 “The Terminator” for the NFL Combine. He benched 225lbs for 24 reps! I came back to the gym to test him again 15 years later! A reminder that as you age, you don’t have to stop training for performance.
