Head coach Jodie Gagnon told me after the game that the home plate umpire admitted he made a bad call — the one that would’ve given Klahowya a win. Tough one to swallow today.

In her last at-bat, Bumbalough grounds out to end the game. 10-5 the final. Klahowya is eliminated, but it’s been one heck of a ride for @KlahowyaEagles

In the 11th inning, Connell doubled its score from the previous 10 innings combined. Klahowya needs some magic here — down 10-5 with three outs before elimination from state
