@J_Heaf They can’t claim their personal bills on their expenses, only work bills. For energy costs this means constituency office and secondary accommodation.

How can MP’s be in charge of tax amounts and privatization of essential services AND claim their bills back in expenses? It’s absurd. There is ZERO cost to them. So they can keep the tax low, privatize and pocket more money with much less work.

Johnson and the MP’s that defend him no matter what he does, just don’t appear to be real people. It is so strange when you hear and watch them talk. Like robots raised to believe they are special and entitled to anything they decide to do or say. No empathy, compassion or sense.
