I really enjoy Scripture-inspired art, or art that depicts Scripture. Lately, I've been seeing a lot of art - music, images, books etc - that seems to creatively depict Scripture and biblical truth and then I'm disappointed when I find it's made by AI. I don't want to use AI art

If you're a Christian artist, please keep making art. You have the Imago Dei. AI does not. I think that means something when it comes to creating art. If you appreciate art, find and use art done by a real person.

@H18694H Sure, but Christians are still sinners, can still blaspheme, still idolize themselves, still misrepresent God. I confess I do it all the time. He can be a Christian and still need to repent. I'm not trying to attack Trump as much as calling for better use of 1st+2nd Commandments

But let's be consistent in our condemnation. If we aren't, we're being hypocritical and using the 1st and 2nd Commandments for our own political ends - and that's sinful for the same reason Trump's AI image is.

I'm not defending Trump in the slightest. He needs to apologize. Even if he didn't mean for it to be all image of himself as Christ, it's obvious it would be interpreted that way.
