It is exceedingly rare for this to happen, but when it does, violators are held accountable. So if this is already on the books, what is the SAVE America Act really about? It's all a pretext to stop AMERICANS from voting. Specifically, Americans who dare to disagree with the President and Republicans in Washington DC.
