Since energy has become an essential resource for humanity, it should not be privately run. Utilities like PG&E take more and more money from Californians just to fill their investors' pockets. Their time is up; we need reform. NOW.

The growing utility and electrical rates in California are no joke and its high time we make some change here. We pay too much into what's become a necessity to live, i.e. electricity. The utilities like PGE should work for us, not the other way around.

People aren't unaware as to how rates are set. The TRUTH behind the matter is that the utilities, like @PGE4Me, have FREE REIN to do whatever the hell they want, and you LET THEM DO IT. Higher rates and arbitrary fees all in the name of profit and lobbying.
