Every year on the anniversary of #DDay, French citizens take sand from Omaha Beach and rub it onto the gravestones of fallen soldiers who gave their lives to liberate Europe.
It gives the letters a golden shine.
They do this for all 9,386 American soldiers buried there.

Polling the past two years by @VUMCchildpolicy... Of a long list of options to make schools safer, arming teachers has always been the LEAST popular option. And not by a small margin.
Who was polled? 80% are reg. voters. 50% are gun owners. Sample is representative of TN pop'n.
