Look, not to be that guy, but when I review a manuscript that has a 35-word title, I’m going to make a comment about it.

Performed a canalith repositioning maneuver for the first time today on one of my pt’s who I suspected may have posterior canal BPPV and it worked like a CHARM (and was also very satisfying)

@DrSethPT I’m all in. Unfortunately, an argument I’ve heard against this (although not insurmountable IMO) is that the average service member is in better physical health than the average civilian. Also a narrower age group meaning lower risk for many medical comorbidities.

@DrSethPT Use of the HUB seemed way down this year and many of the small changes we spent significant time on used to be worked out before we got onsite. I’ve never seen so many late language changes emailed to delegates after we were already a day into session.

@DrSethPT We’ve been better. Since adopting the August timeline w/ elections happening prior to on-site meeting, delegates seem less well prepared. I blame on “summer-long governance fatigue” (a lousy excuse). The old June meetings happened before everyone was fully engaged in their summer

I have to say that while I always respect the #APTAHOD I think we spent a lot of time in the “zone of indifference” this year - where the difference between 2 options is minimal but you spend hours debating it.

Proud to be a part of this review published in #ACRM @archivesoa! Bottom line: We need to do better at defining clinical environments when publishing on concussion management. Implementation is challenged by limited descriptions of service delivery models bit.ly/3QmL0tF
