About a week ago I lost my mum to a totally random brain aneurysms. Out of the blue unexpected and nothing that could prevent it. If anything it goes to show how much you should cherish your mother my mum was only 48. Make her proud and treat her as best as you can. 💙

The European race really is on. 8th will most likely get europe and it's a pretty even race between 5 clubs. We couldn't do it could we ?

Sounds like we're a priority for him. Most likely cos the deal with his brother and his game time he will get. Clearly got his head on his shoulders if he wants to come to us. Be a shame if a fee can't be negotiated and additionally would be surprised if anyone spent 50m.

However, there is still no agreement with Köln. Reports suggesting otherwise are being denied. Theyll find it hard for any team to pay 50m unless it's chelsea. Clearly a good talent but that's far too high for a player who's that young and inexperienced in the premier league. 35-40m I think we should be all over it.

I do think this will actually happen. Hurzeler will thrive in the bundesliga and has found it complicated at times in the premier league. His home nation with a big club. Brighton and leverkusen have good affiliation. And with 15m on top it makes it a good enough deal.

Think it's one of those where the club don't value him enough to really really try and keep him here. But if he stays he's good enough to do the job. Who knows but I can see him wanting to go back to Germany. Don't think his style of play is totally suited for england yet.

I know the sources aren't that reliable. But the links between sara and yilmaz could show how serious we will be in the summer. I think at times we've lacked quality this season and yes I know we spent over 200m and it didn't work but sara and yilmaz are promising players.

@SebOnFootball That's not the situation we're in though is it. If kane gets injured or whoever is in line to take that striker role if our strikers were injured u need the best one. Currently that is welbeck and throughout the season that has been welbeck. So how does he not deserve it?

My point is not who deserves it over who, it’s that having Welbeck in the squad makes 0 difference to our chances of winning the World Cup imo. I don’t think Solanke deserves to go really based off this season either

No one else just think this is really strange. Like i understand that when rumours link us to players teams may act upon it and ultimately that will always be our downfall. But they just buy these players for the sake of it. He will have no future their and it's a shame.

Must admit I'm thoroughly impressed. Held our own deserved to get a result fans got behind the team and created a good atmosphere. Hurzeler showing us some real passion. Theirs plenty positives to take to build momentum going into next season.

Highly highly doubt bar a miracle the fact we're most likely 4 points of europe with it being 8th is crazy. A tragic season and a big turn around could spell the strangest season I've ever seen. I don't think we're good enough to push for 8th but doesn't look to far away.

Could play into mckenna coming in aswell. Probably clutching at straws there but it would make sense to sign him if hurzeler goes it would make sense to sign him anyway but would be even better with mckenna.
