Think of it like water hoses. As I understand it, Current is the flow of electrons through a conductor. Usually measured in amps, driven by voltage Lots of current going from point a-b creates heat, friction and line loss (resistance). When you charge a firehose with lots of water flow it jumps and bounces around. I suspect the same is happening with high voltage/ current power cables. I work at a power plant, but have not seen cables move to the extent shown in the video.

🚨MUST SEE: This was the chaotic scene at an Inglewood California CarMax when Andrew Arroyo brought his vehicle in for an appraisal and following news he didn’t want went on this dangerous and criminal rampage! He drives his vehicle through the front entrance, smashing glass everywhere. At least eight people were injured in the incident and he later turned himself into a local LAPD station. Inglewood always up to no good.
