#thfc Roberto De Zerbi on why he has only brought two of his former coaches to Spurs at this point: "It is totally different this situation because we have no time to work like in Brighton and I don’t want to put confusion inside of the players." @AlasdairGold

#thfc are expecting him to be out for around three months.

Privilege is having rich parents who set you up for life so that you can spend your entire youth doing useless activism while never worrying about having a real job.

There are some things that worries me with De Zerbi. - He loves to play a 4231 with at least one midfielder That function as a DLP (Locatelli at Sassuolo, Grob or Gilmour at Brighton and Hojbjerg at Marseille). Other than Gray i don't see anyone able to get in that role comfortbaly, and even Gray he's not completely reliable yet. With De Zerbi our midfield problem can get even worse as he will obviously try to play his style of play. - He loves wingers that can dribble in the 1v1 (Berardi and Lauriente at Sassuolo, Greenwood and Rowe at Marseille, Mitoma at Brighton) if we don't get back Kudus ASAP we are in deep trouble as we don't have anyone with those charateristics. Kudus is the perfect player for De Zerbi, so this is surely a positive. He will also absolutely love Bergvall, like he loved Rabiot in Marseille, both high energy box to box midfielders. With De Zerbi Rabiot had his best scoring season, hopefully he can unlock that also with Bergvall, that would make him a much better player. Romero is also another player made for him, he's a master at baiting the press from the back like De Zerbi want. This can go very well or very bad, no inbetween.

genuinely what is the appeal of this man and this party

Something in football needs to change, and we will stand at the heart of it to ensure that change happens.

Security tags on a block of cheese. This is where Britain is now. When basic food needs anti theft devices, it’s not just crime, it’s a collapse in deterrence and standards. A serious country doesn’t tolerate this.

El Nick Fury que nos dieron / el que debieron habernos dado.

Tom Bischof (20) with a performance vs Freiburg that he’ll remember forever Playing out of position as a left-back, he scored 2 goals in the 81st and 92nd minute to springboard a huge Bayern Munich comeback Along with the two goals: 3 chances created 7 passes into the final third 7 recoveries 3/4 long balls completed He can do it as an 8, 10 or 6 and now looks like he’s added left-back to his arsenal jack of all trades.

I've always slightly struggled to place just how good Maghnes Akliouche is. But I think factoring in his performances in the Champions League in the last 2 seasons, but more so the quality he's shown in a France shirt... And his 6ft frame (which somehow looks much larger) and clear quality in possession... I'd be amazed if he wasn't the latest Monaco product to be sold this summer! Could imagine him thriving at Villa, Newcastle, Atletico Madrid, Juventus.
