Everyone is reducing costs. Tier 1 is reducing costs so the riot stipend covers everything. Tier 2 is reducing costs cause it’s not worth to invest, because for most teams, ascension is not worth it. So what did Riot achieve with all of this? Make Valorant worse. Game’s quality are worse, overall skill is worse, there’s a mafia that controls who gets in Tier 1 and if you are vetoed you’ll never get there. It’s not about skill it’s literally about politics. Whoever does the better sucking.
