Intrigued by the Bloomberg 'Pret Index', using sales as an indicator of footfall and consumer sentiment across London, NYC etc. But as always I wondered how it could be adapted to UK regional cities. Number of central sites? (Exc. OOT malls/airports etc.) bloomberg.com/graphics/pret-…
