@ladbible I used to care for a gentleman who had locked in syndrome. He was a fantastic man,still had sense of humour and still enjoyed himself. His yes and no was moving his eyes up and down. Till I taught him other things moving his eyes left and right 😂.

He was diagnosed with the rare condition just months after recovering from a brain tumour.
