@KieranJFanning Sadly, they'd rather lose $100m on the same old same old than risk it on anything new.

Hi, all. I am upping sticks and moving to a new social media app space which rhymes with GlueSpy. I'm on there as JasonRohanAuthor. Please find me there. Thank you. It's been fun being on here but things change. Best of luck.

@PhilipArdagh Looks suitably terrible. My kind of thing! Although swapping a freshwater river for a salty ocean dweller is an Eiffel Tower sized plot hole (much like the shark swimming backwards in Jaws 3D). No doubt it's a mutant shark that escaped.

I've had an idea What? We remake Jaws *Yawns* But, instead of off the US coast, we set it in Paris Paris? Yes. In the River Seine In a river?!? Yes. During a swim-a-thon Hmmm Gorgeous scenery. Sexy French accents. And we call it IN-SEINE I like it. I like it a LOT. Let's do it!

When a giant shark emerges in the Seine, a marine scientist and young activist must work together to prevent a bloodbath. Under Paris, directed by Xavier Gens, premieres June 5th.

Should I use a colon here or a semicolon? The brick wall was almost upon them: they were going to plough into it.

@PhilipArdagh He's also addressing a friendly crowd of climate sceptics and fossil fuel investors. This is like Minford selling the glories of Brexit. I'm all for healthy scepticism but if it smells like 🐂💩, it probably is.

I am not a climate change denier but that's not to say that I cover my ears to all those with an opposing view. Plimer is a geologist and emeritus professor but has also had ties with mining companies. What he says is interesting, though. It's up to us to decide.
Wide Awake Media@wideawake_media

Geologist, Professor Ian Plimer, utterly demolishes the #ClimateScam, in three and a half minutes: "[Six of the six] great ice ages started when we had more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere than now. We have 0.04% of that gas in the atmosphere... Well that means nothing to me, because the atmosphere has changed in its carbon dioxide content from over 20% to now, which is really low in geological time. If we halved it, all plant life would die, and animals would die." @PiersTorday As a child, I did notice how many alien planets resembled gravel pits or quarries.
