Looking at the comments there clearly is a need for @transportgovuk & our courts to educate and toughen up sentencing. Too many it was an accident, punishment too harsh, and/or cyclist going too fast responses. These people need to be off our roads.

@Bikery1966 I live in the Lake District, we have loads of cyclist who know the roads and don’t ride 2 or 3 abreast and signal when you can pass. Tourists on the other hand….we should be able to run in to them. No Road sense or consideration. Entitled and rude.

@Jay6337 @RandomOriginals @awjre @transportgovuk "or used for inflicting bodily harm or physical damage" Cars are used for that. Cars are weapons. Cars are about the easiest way to kill or seriously injure someone. And then the "justice" system will let you off easily.

A stick is a stick till it's in the wrong hands in the wrong place then it's a weapon...👍
