Realizing how many Black American families were killed or robbed of this, yet her ancestors survived it all in Mississippi… Just beautiful.

A police officer stopped a man in a red polo shirt who matched the description of a shoplifting suspect. Visibly anxious, the man explained he was heading to his son’s middle school graduation. He admitted stealing the shirt because he had no suitable clothes after a tough separation from his wife and wanted to look presentable for his son’s big day.
The officer, whose own son was graduating from the same school, chose compassion over arrest. He paid for the shirt, urged the man to be there for his son, and warned him not to do it again.

Dwyane Wade SHUTS DOWN the narrative of people saying he couldn’t shoot👀
“That wasn’t a game that I played…it wasn’t my responsibility — it was my responsibility to get the 3PT shooters shots…I know me I’m great. If you told me I needed to be great at this then I would be great at that…that wasn’t a game my coaches needed me to play — they needed me on the attack downhill putting pressure on the rim…I didn’t need it — I averaged 30 without it…”
