@Blue_Footy I disagree with you Vince. There is no guarantee that playing once a week will make us qualify for UCL. We played once per week under Pochettino and still did not qualify for UCL. IMO, the only competition that we should be trying to avoid is the conference league

Honestly, if we don't qualify for the Champions League, I wouldn't bother if we make the Europa or Conference League. I'd even prefer to avoid Europe entirely if it's not the UCL. It's a World Cup year; I'd rather have players resting midweek than traveling to Russia and Azerbaijan for Europa or Conference League matches. For me, it's not worth the stress. If we miss the Champions League, the goal will be to get back to it immediately. Europa or Conference League will disrupt our league form and make Champions League qualification more difficult. At least in the UCL, the money you make is worth the stress on players and the club.
