At approximately 4:30pm today my beloved Lola crossed the rainbow bridge. I’ve had her half my life. I cannot fathom my home without her cat hair floating in it and her following me around. I am shattered.

@acakecup I have been sobbing for days. I knew she didn’t have much longer but you always hope for most days, more weeks, even more months. She woke up that day and I knew she only had hours and I felt like I didn’t get to hold her long enough 😭😭

@JenTruly07 So sorry I feel your pain we lost our lovely Nellie on Wednesday we think it was stomach cancer she was only 8. Just feel totally bereft without her the house is so cold and empty it’s horrible. I’m sending you lots of love ❤️

@ColiseumSewage I am so sorry to hear! Losing our beloved animals is a very specific and horrendous type of pain and the hardest part sometimes is knowing how much comfort they’d provide if only they could. Please hug your other dog, I’m really mourning the empty house and would love to hug them

@JenTruly07 So sorry. My Pittbull passed away unexpectedly on St. Patrick’s day due to a splenic tumor that ruptured. I haven’t talked about it here yet bc it’s too painful. Her brother dog is taking it very hard and I’m focusing on helping him. In mutual grief, I wish you love and hope.

@JenTruly07 I’m so sorry. I had to bury my Siamese girl last month after having her for 19 of my 28 year old years on earth. I’m still in grief but always love the time I had with her and I hope you feel better in every way! 😭💕

@JenTruly07 I’m so, so sorry. I lost my soulmate baby who’d been me for literally half my life, and it completely broke me. we don’t know eachother but I’m sorry you know this pain and I’m so sorry for the loss of your sweet gorgeous girl, sending all the love from my broken heart to yours❤️‍🩹

@1stSvelteCelt I could not have loved that cat any more than I did. She was my world. My house feels so empty without her purrs and meowing.

@JenTruly07 Terribly sorry for the hurt & anguish that come with this type of loss. I lost my soul dog last year and I can’t begin to imagine what that would have meant if I had her half my life! May your pain slowly subside & your heart begin to accept love every day as your Lola would want
