@Chloe_Pooler @BootsUK They did the same to me! Absolute shambles. By the time id waited the 72 hours, twice, the deals had finished or items were out of stock. Response from customer services wasn't at all helpful.

Tried to spend over £400 in time for Christmas but @BootsUK cancelled my order due to security reasons? Rang up customer services who didn’t help and have no presents in time for Christmas. They told me to try again after my account gets unlocked after 72 hours? Ridiculous
