Good Lord: Wittenberg University will be taking “extreme precautions” in response to an email that threatened an on-campus shooting Sunday, according to university officials.     “The message targeted Haitian members of our community,” a statement released Saturday from the university said. “ Wittenberg Police are cooperating with the Springfield Police Division and the FBI to investigate this threat.”
