@VPArnoldCC Not surprisedat all! In my 30 years I have seen some things but since Covid it’s been at another level! Athletic directors need to be held accountable for treatment of coaches and some unbelievable bad hires. Thought and prayers go out to those coaches!

In the last couple of weeks I've known 2 fantastic, I mean just amazing female coaches pushed out. It's nonsense...both just so good at what they do...one was treated so poorly likely going to move out of the business. The "ball is life" and other admin mutants make me angry!

HEAD COACHES only…..have you ever missed a game due to being sick? Not a scrimmage and but an actual game. Not your kid or wife or husband. You being sick. I’m trying to see something.

ESPN reporter Holly Rowe has called out Tennessee AD Danny White over the handling of the Lady Vols program:
“What Danny White is allowing to happen to the Lady Vols is making me so sad,” Rowe posted. “Gut wrenching to watch him let one of the greatest programs in women’s sports history disintegrate. I am devastated.”
Rowe’s social media post came just an hour after #LadyVols freshman guard Jaida Civil announced her intentions to enter the transfer portal.
Coach Kim Caldwell will have zero players returning from the 2025-26 roster, and will look to replace 13 total players this offseason.

Genuinely, why would Bryson Tiller transfer out of Kansas.
He would be the featured big man next season.

What does everyone think about giving WBB 13 scholarships? Do we think some people’s bench players would end up maybe going the level they should be playing at? Allow for more parody? Help with NIL evaluations?
I was against it at first. Now I think it makes a lot of sense.

Everybody wants discipline… until discipline gets loud.
Everybody wants toughness… until toughness gets uncomfortable.
Hard coaching isn’t abuse.
Hard coaching is correction.
Hard coaching is standards.
Hard coaching is loving a kid enough not to let him stay average.
If a coach is demanding effort, detail, toughness, and accountability bothers you… that probably says more about today’s culture than it does the coach.
