Lived a life most never will, but it was never programmed to be. Here is how broke free of the traditional path: In 2010 while finishing my PhD, I decided to quit. Why? While I was contemplating a 6fig Job a year I knew it would never truly fulfil me and make me really rich. So against all opinions, I decided to start up my own business. Few years later I flipped and made years worth of what I was set to earn from my programmed Job. This set the foundation, I can take risk and be rewarded for it in a scale that a safer option Never will. Naturally, I turned toward Trading the same year. Here is why I became successful at it! Not because I had some money to start with, sure it helped but back then we didn’t have proper firm so you have no excuse for capital. What set me apart is taking a risk 99% people wouldn’t take. In this game, the only people making a living and a good one out of it are those that understand that if you scared of taking risk, you will always have limitations. Risk is something we are programmed not to take since we were cavemen. Leaving the cave to hunt was a risk for our Life. Our brain evolves with associations of risk as Life threatening. As human evolved the comfort grew ans the risk appetite naturally reduced. We grow up (for most of us) in family that don’t encourage us to take risks, as kids we are always told not to experiment, No, No don’t touch this, don’t do that. This engrains the notion of risk being bad. At school we are taught not to ask questions, and that a bad mark = inferior human. The TV 📺 explains us how risk is associated with crisis and recession.. What you saw this week was the prime exemple of why risk not equal to bad! This week the whole Market crumbled, yet offered one of the best reward of the year so far for those who embraced it. How can you start growing a risk appetite? Step by step, but forward always! Like a muscle if you don’t push more weight you don’t get more growth. If you in your 16-20, take risk by talking to that girl. By asking questions in front of everyone. By trying and learning new skills. If you are in your 20s-30s Take risk by going for another job that suits you more. People are so scared of leaving a Job when with your skills you could get this Job back pretty much anytime. Move out of where you are, change country. Most 30s y old that never moved out of the birth town will Never get rich. Opportunities are everywhere, but you must travel to them. Launch that business idea you have, go all in on it. That job is always gonna be there if you don’t make it work. Enter that competition, apply for that interview, go for that fight, register for that race you been procrastinating about for so long. If you can’t take the first risk, you can’t pretend to get the final reward!
