It's my birthday today! In the last year, I went blind in one eye and was displaced by a flood for 5/6 weeks, but I did manage to get out and about (including to Rotterdam). Most importantly, I feel closer to pre-pandemic me than I've felt at any point in the past 6 years ⭐️

I've just finished 'Film Club' on BBC iPlayer. It's 3:33am and I am bawling. Utter magic from Aimee Lou Wood. A soft, inclusive, feelings-first love letter to the power of movies and self-realisation. A beautiful, beautiful show. I highly recommend.

I had a glorious time watching @TrueGritWrestle LIVE tonight in York. Every match had some wow to it, and each banged hard. Big love to the wrestlers, the organisers, and everyone involved. It was such a fun, exciting and lovely evening out with family.
