I go to the gym almost every day now and one of the things I do is walk on the treadmill for like an hour. Here’s what I’ve noticed. When men go to the gym, they lift weights and work out. When women go to the gym, they stand around the free weight area, play on their phone, move the weights around without actually doing any sets, talk to each other, do a full lap around the gym in nothing but their sports bra and tight shorts, go back to the free weight area, do one set of squats, plays on their phone, goes to locker room. This is consistent across almost every woman in the gym today LOL

Meine Eltern haben 2012 ein Haus (in Niedersachsen) für 310.000€ gekauft. Heute wurde es für 525.000€ verkauft. Alle sagen: „215.000€ Gewinn. Immobilien lohnen sich immer.“ Die Realität: - Grunderwerbsteuer: 15.500€ - Notar + Grundbuch: 5.425€ - Grundsteuer (14 Jahre): ~7.000€ - 2x Fassade: 4.000€ - Wasserschaden: 40.000€ Die Versicherung sagte hierbei "Es sei durch Bau Pfusch der Baufirma entstanden, wir zahlen nicht". Die Baufirma auf der anderen Seite: Insolvenz Die Kosten durften meine Eltern selbst tragen. Zusatzkosten gesamt: ~71.925€ ➡️ Echter Überschuss: ~143.000€ Klingt immer noch gut? Jetzt noch Inflation, Versicherungen, Zinsen (in diesem Falle nicht, da keine Finanzierung), laufende Reparaturen und Opportunitätskosten abziehen. Plötzlich ist Betongold gar nicht mehr so glänzend. Immobilien sind kein Selbstläufer. Zahlen > Bauchgefühl. Meine Eltern gehen in 2 Jahren in Rente und möchten sich nicht mehr um ein "großes Haus & Grundstück" kümmern. Ich habe selbst 2 Immobilien in Deutschland, möchte aber definitiv keine Weitere mehr. Wie sieht es bei euch aus?
