Colombia was one of eight countries where it was still legal. Now seven. Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Guatemala all banned it before Colombia did. Spain, France, Portugal, Mexico, Peru, Venezuela, and Ecuador still allow it. This isn't about disrespecting tradition. It's about recognizing that traditions can evolve. Colombia just proved it.
