Welcome to the big leagues. NYT: “AOC struggled at times to formulate succinct answers at a nighttime panel session, during which she was asked probing and specific questions about how to respond to international crises.”

PepsiCo spent $2.8 million last year lobbying to keep junk food eligible for food stamps. Then RFK got 18 states to ban SNAP purchases of soda, candy, and processed snacks. Within a week, PepsiCo cut Doritos, Lay's, and Tostitos prices by up to 15%. The CEO blamed "affordability." But the timing tells the real story. SNAP is a $100 billion-a-year program. According to the USDA, 20 cents of every SNAP dollar goes to junk food. Frito-Lay products appeared in 7.2% of all SNAP shopping trips. The moment the government stopped subsidizing demand, PepsiCo had to compete on price. No regulation. No price caps. No antitrust probe. The subsidy disappeared, and the market corrected overnight. Now consider that this same pattern — government money in, prices up — plays out in college tuition, healthcare, defense, and every other industry with a guaranteed government buyer. Pepsi was one company, one product line, one program. Imagine what happens when the subsidies stop across the board. schiffsovereign.com/trends/when-go…

It cites to zero case law, cites to Bible verses and the Magna Carta, makes commentary on how policy should be more humane, and ends with a date that doesn't exist. This is the current state of Democratic district court judges. Woke boomer activists in robes.
Chad Mizelle@chad_mizelle

I honestly thought this was fake. As if Babylon Bee thought it’d be funny to write a judicial order. It’s dated February 31st. It has a picture. And random Bible verses. I keep looking over my shoulder for a camera, like I’m getting “punked.” I really hope this is a joke. Because if not, this is the biggest validation of our criticism since Day 1 that the liberal judiciary is unhinged.

@ScottPresler This is step two of the process. Step one - say it isn’t happening Step two - say it’s only happening a little Step three - say it’s happening, it’s good and we must accept it.

Which eliminates any criminal penalty for crossing the southern border undocumented, which has always been the plan. Unreal.

If reports are true that Dems are demanding judicial warrants for all ICE arrests as part of DHS funding bill, that will take a massive amount of targets off the board for ICE. They would only be able to go after illegal immigrants who have committed a new *federal* crime *after* entering the U.S. illegally. State & local crimes would not apply. (Feds don’t enforce state & local). For instance, if an illegal immigrant gets arrested in Minnesota for a DUI crash causing great bodily injury (state crime) and bonds out of jail, ICE would not be able to target him for arrest because there would be no judicial warrant (not a federal crime). ICE would not be able to target anyone for just being in the U.S. illegally. They would have to wait for a federal crime to be committed, then a federal judge would have to sign off on probable cause for arrest. It would cripple any hopes of “mass deportations” or widespread immigration enforcement. Warrants are *not* required for ICE arrests under US law right now. They simply need probable cause that the target is detainable/deportable on immigration grounds and use I-200 and I-205 civil administrative warrants. The most common judicial warrants ICE uses to target aliens right now is for illegal re-entry (8 USC 1326), a federal felony when a deported alien has re-entered the U.S. after deportation. But again, that is a limited population as most non-citizens haven’t been deported before. ICE *does* need a judicial warrant to enter homes. Their administrative warrants do not allow them to enter private property. That’s why we often see them waiting for a target to go to or from work when they’re in public. One ICE contact in a sanctuary city tells me: “If we need a judicial warrant for every arrest, we would maybe have 15 arrests in a year.” (In his city).

"If you didn't insist on enforcing the law, we wouldn't have to gun down your law enforcement in the streets" "If you didn't insist on saying things we don't like, we wouldn't have to kill you on a college campus." Same people. Same predictable shit.

I’m sure you all remember Avery Jackson, the “trans girl” who, at 9, was on the cover of National Geographic. Avery was given the gold standard in gender affirming care: he was chemically castrated and sterilized with Lupron - a medication usually prescribed to castrate sex offenders, but used on trans-identifying boys to prevent the onset of puberty. Now, at age 17, Avery has come out as “nonbinary.” He also identifies as asexual, meaning that he doesn’t experience sexual attraction. This is undoubtedly the result of the Lupron which stopped him from going through puberty. The president of WPATH, Dr, “Marci” Bowers, has said on camera that so-called “puberty blockers” chemically castrate boys who take them, leaving them incapable of arousal or orgasm as adults. For adult sex offenders, the process is reversible. For boys like Avery, the effects are permanent. He will never feel sexual attraction, or any of the experiences that accompany it. Avery is also sterile; he can never father a child, and his own childhood was spent in the national spotlight. The chemical castration he endured has also stunted his growth and mental development in irreversible ways. Parts of his body were prevented from developing fully, and so was his mind. His childhood and his normalcy were stolen from him, and he has said that transitioning “ruined [his] life.” It is high time that we stop pretending that children can make an informed decision to transition or take blockers, even if their doctors are honest about the risks and consequences — which most are not. Blockers are not reversible: the intellectual deficits and physical underdevelopment that Lupron causes will never repair themselves, and neither will the damage done to the child victim’s emotional intelligence and maturity. This will, of course, make it easier to push them into transitioning; that is, to sell them hormones and provide surgical alterations. This is the medication that will be used to experiment on hundreds of children as young as 11 in a newly-announced clinical trial in the UK. 220 children will be involved in this study, even though the damage that “puberty blockers” cause to the sexual function and intellectual capacity of children has been well-documented, and the UK is just one country that has banned their use. The trial is being carried out anyway, according to Dr. Hilary Cass, because “[as] there are clinicians, children and families who believe passionately in the beneficial effects [of puberty blockers], a trial was the only way forward to make sense of this." In other words, the demands of children, transhausen parents, and the clinicians who profit from pushing this drug are being allowed to overrule clear and objective evidence that it is harmful to the children who take it.

3 questions every Democrat needs to answer: 1) Why did they set these pandemic subsidies for the wealthy to expire now? 2) Why are these subsidies more urgent than food stamps for starving kids? 3) How do they defend subsidies for families making $600,000/year? Answers below
Chuck Schumer@SenSchumer

The only reason Republicans have dragged this shutdown on for so long is simply because Republicans don’t want to lower healthcare costs. They are happy to let 24 million Americans see their premiums DOUBLE on average.

Justices Roberts, Kavanaugh, & Coney attended the Red Mass last year (seen here). This year, none attended because of concerns about safety. Their concerns about the pervasiveness of left-wing domestic terrorism proved very prescient. READ @realdailywire: dailywire.com/news/man-with-…
