Most funnels don’t fail because they’re “missing steps.” They fail because they’re bloated. A simple 3-page funnel is usually all you need: Opt-in page: who it’s for + outcome + proof. Booking page: calendar + 3–5 questions + more proof. Confirmation page: what to expect + how to prep + confirm. Low friction. Clear message. Booked calls. Get this working first. Then add complexity later.
