Both parties are at fault for not knowing more about how to drive. The auto should have noticed two cars stop on a green light(hmmm something wrong here). The scooter should have seen the same setup. Rather than who has the right away I hope they learn this advanced driving lesson. ACCIDENT was avoidable with more knowledge and awareness.
