There’s actually a big price drop for games from EA! Songs of Silence was $40 in early access, recently dropped to $30 with the 1.0 version. However, I think its price is still a bit high, similar Pennon and Battle is only $14, almost -50%, and the gameplay is more interesting.

Several HoMM3-like games have been recently online The number of players in Songs of Conquest exceeds the combined total of the other three games. Although Pennon and Battle's all-time peak online player count isn't high, its current player count and today's peak are higher.

The two most promising 4X games will both launch on PS Instead of calling it 4X, we might as well call it a HoMM-like game. Songs of Silence/Conquest, the names are also similar. However, I mainly play 4X games on PC because some niche ones don't have PS, like Pennon and Battle.
