@MeghanEMurphy But Americans are currently struggling to keep their nose above water due to nearly half of a nation who would rather have their side win than do what’s right. We suffer from unsustainable costs, extreme policing, and bizarre policies in the name of sideways patriotism.

@MeghanEMurphy Power resides where people believe power resides. Canadians are saying that they hope Americans will become disillusioned to the extremes of Trump , compared to the normal struggles most governments face. Moderate costs, regulations, and safety should be average inquiry.

The fact that Canadians have made the choice to hyperfixate on Trump in such a deranged, obsessive way instead of paying attention to what their own government is doing to their country ensures nothing will improve, and indeed things will only get worse. I realize no one wants to hear this because it's such a cynical message, but it's true. Canadians are committed to living in a fantasyland, and is has been the cause of Canada's demise. I don't believe anything can shake them out of it at this point. Those who can see what is going on truthfully should pray for annexation or get out.

When I watched the scene in LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring where the Fellowship sails down the Anduin and passes by the Argonath, I genuinely got chills. In that moment, I had this deep feeling that the movie would become the greatest in cinema history and it truly did.
