Our new show Switching Gears is doing big numbers, hard to take it in with all the sadness and turmoil here among friends and coworkers who have lost so much. Work helps many of us move forward while we support and help all those in need.

So I lost 20 pounds and my A1C came down from 8.3 from February to 6.8 now. Also got a new thyroid script. Before I know I will be down to my high school weight. 160 and I was even called fat from the boys then. Key word "boys"

@NKOTB I still say Salt was eating dinner across the street from PPG arena the night of July 19 before the concert. I was told I was nuts. It would've been nice if it was one of you guys.
