Appalling service from @McDonaldsUK today. Ordered through app and told to park up after going through drive through. Sat waiting for half an hour only then for someone to come out and say the shop has shut now. Turns out food was given to the wrong car but lack of sincerity!

@McDonaldsUK why everytime I order food from you guys it’s cold regardless of the app I use to order and you always seem to mess up my chicken wrap it never comes with the bacon, happened to me again tonight it’s been 4 times running now 🙃
