Walgreens has wound up in a legal battle with the vendor of those digital cooler screens, claiming that they freeze, go dark and even catch fire. Cooler Screens, the vendor, blames the problems on Walgreens' "poorly maintained" electrical infrastructure. wsj.com/articles/walgr…

I've said this before, but I wish someone would create a CRM product specifically for journalists, but it'd be for keeping up with current or potential contacts year-round rather than customers.
So more of an SRM: source relationship management...Does this exist?
