Lowes seems to be hiring a whole engineering team in NC, if you read their newspaper ads In reality, they already have temporary visa workers doing these jobs. The ad is just a legal requirement to pretend they looked for an American before getting greencards for the workers

Then in 2020 despite the WHO labeling Remdesivir unethical treatment because of it's 53% kill rate Anthony Fauci declared Remdesivir an official treatment for COVID-19.
