I’m happy to help unpick, but the current issues stem from outside education imo.

Is it the perceived results of implementation?
E.g. CPD for basketball I get 15 new drills, more knowledge of rules, basic tactics. This is then EASY for me to deliver, so impact is very quick and noticeable.
Most behaviour CPD doesn’t work in the same way.

@heymrshallahan @TeacherTapp Paula Radcliffe was due to visit a local primary school, but our (secondary) school was the only area they could land her helicopter.
So SLT made the kids line up down the side of the building so she couldn't leave the site without walking past them.
