want to get your plasmids (or anything) fully sequenced? Adelaide now has a dropbox for @plasmidsaurus. It is located at the rear of the Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences Building in the loading bay. Pickup is once a week on Wednesday.

To those that say that the gel is overloaded, the point of is not to determine mass, but to look for impurities
Also, I don't think there's anything to explain. Mobility in SDS-PAGE is not an accurate measure of molecular weight

These proteins all have the same molecular weight. In fact they all have the same amino acid composition
