He’s stretched out throwing 80 pitches in his opening start, and now his POs currently sit (-140) o 14.5 which gives me confidence in his expected leash as they want 80-90 pitches out of him. The M’e offensively have been sluggish the past couple outings, but they started the year hanging 3+ ER’s on (Gavin Williams, Tanner Bibee, & Slade Cecconi) all 3 RHP’s that I expect to be better arms than Johnson this season. The Mariners had 3 Homers robbed last night, it feels likely they have some better positive regression and I love the matchup to do so today🔐
