@AttleeSarah80 The Equality Act allows very little positive action anyway. If you don’t like that concept, you could just remove that clause rather than repeal the Act and replace it with another Act that would be 99% the same.

Not much to add to the critical commentary, but it's generally very unsettling that the quality of ET judgements can be so poor, capricious, and unreliable. Maybe this was common knowledge, but it's bad news for workers.
