@keithlincaroo Used to be a rescuer as well -I framed these as {mindset trapsi got fascinated by the brain and that's what inspired my inner work practice. Building a love practice truly helps you be aware of the various ways you operate from that mindset. It's so freeing once you do.Grt share!

Every year when I do my vision board,
I would focus on external goals. This year it’s on the inner work. Reading, “Breaking Free from the Victim Trap” made me realize why I try to be a “rescuer”. We all shift from one pattern to the next, which one are you?
